| I am at my witts end now. I have tried to get ahold of someone here to give me an answer for a few months. I purchased genopro several months ago (over a year) and have since moved, gotten a new computer and reformatted my old computer. I can't find my registration number anymore and I cant get ahold of anyone who will help me. I have already paid to have this and will not pay for it a second time because of this. Is ANYONE out there that can tell me how I can get the number so I can actually use this again??? Thanks.

This forum appears to have only this one message from you, so Who have you been asking? Did you use a different email address when you first started? - this is a common cause of lost contacts. If you have used the forum before then try logging in with that email address. If you have not contacted the forum before, try to create a new Member using that address (even if no longer in use) and then you can find your registration on the Control Panel
If you originally bought the registration from GenoPro then it is still valid and will be sorted. However if you bought v.1 from some other source then you need to contact them

| i bought it from this site, not sure what version anymore. there are only two emails that i have and it would be under one of the two, either: because I do a lot online I often switch back and forth between the two emails so i'm unsure exactly which one.
