| I would appear that there is a problem with Windows Scripting on your system. I suggest you download and re-install Windows Script 5.6 from here Also you are running a custom skin - was this your intention? Other errors can occur when you run a custom skin that was extracted from an earlier version of GenoPro.

| Many thanks for the prompt reply and the advice. I followed the suggestions including reading the message to which you referred. Doing so has fixed the problem. (I would have thought that XP's auto update routines would have picked up and corrected the need for a scripting update.) Thanks again.
