Hello all,

When we open tab for example education (and others) and enter first record that we know (it almost always concerns present days) it is First, Then we get more information and enter latest information than already entered and finally we get earlier information and enter it in the Tab it becomes confusive... Sometimes we don't have exact dates and we just enter what we have. When all the dates are - we need to arrange somehow the order of the records on purpose of good displaying in the report and also in Tab view but there is two problems: 1. Clicking on the "start date" field leads only to visual sorting not to real sorting which has to be done by manual ordering of the records by using Alt+Arrow Up/Down... 2. Maybe manual sorting has donу on purpose to give an ability of manual actions with the records.

The questions are:

1. Is it possible to combine visual sorting with real?

2. Is it possible to Turn on the autoSorting from point 1. only when it sorts by clicking to the heading of the column and leave the manual sorting as is?

Thanks

If you have many records to sort, click on the date column which will sort them by date.  Then, select any record, click on the move up arrow and then the move down arrow.  This action will trigger a flag to GenoPro indicating the order has been changed.  Since the records were already sorted by date, GenoPro will remember a list of records sorted by date.
