If the generator opens Firefox, this must be set as your default. If you REALLY want to change this, on XP open Control Panel and select 'Add or Remove Programs'. On the left hand side are four options and the bottom one is 'Set Program Access and Defaults'. This will allow you to set IE as your browser. Hope you have the .svg plug-in if you do this

"Hi

After generate report in web site in IE I can not see tree after put on icon Click to view Давид Яковлевич Альперович in the family tree

In table I read:

Do you want to open or save this file?

Name: FamilyTree. zip (not .gno)

Why not .gno

In my office all O.K.

What I do wrong?

Best regards  Juri "

How can solved this problem.

Nothing, I am sure. Genopro .gno files used to be a specific format but they are now xml files, which are a form of text file. To make them smaller they are zipped and labeled .gno, so GenoPro knows what to do with them.

The new Microsoft Office uses the same approach; although files are still labeled .doc they are zipped xml files - in fact I believe the zip contains more than one file.

If you can open the file by clicking on the zip, I would not bother
