When a file needs saving a * appears by the name.
Another way often used is to change the floppy disc icon from greyed out when the file is unchanged to blue when a save is needed

I need to write my own toolbar for this because the current framework does not support this feature. By the way, GenoPro will eventually has its own custom toolbars and menus in the future supporting much more powerful options. The current built-in menus supplied by Windows are real bottleneck to add cool features.
