First remark: the editor allows four arguments only. Tried with approx line 1245 (PhDied) and was able to enter four args only out of the eight.
Update1: not sure, that this is under the correct forum, probably better fits under bug report? Dan to advise 
Update2: around line 1221 (PhBirth and PhBirth_F) 13 parameters are found...

First remark: the editor allows four arguments only.You can enter four (4) values per argument, plus an empty value. If you want to enter more values, just enter them in the text field named Phrase Arguments. The idea of the Phrase Editor is to generate all combinations of values, and I feel four values per argument is plenty. With one or two values per argument, you can test most of your phrases.
