| The character string seems to be corrupted or badly encoded. Can you send the file to GenoProSupport so we can take a look at it? Also, have you tried the checkbox Vertical Text Display? There is an option on Display tab to draw the text vertically. You can apply this attribute to everyone at once using CTRL+A (Aelect All), then press ENTER to open the property dialog. Let me know if there is something that should be done to display Chinese characters properly.

It seems to be a translation issue (the translation of the program itself). Check pls. the Chinese translation.
