Is there a bug with the Presentation Settings> section of the Parameter Configuration Dialogue with the Hide alphabetic index in popup frame at start? option?

Regardless of whether I select YES or NO the left hand frame still appears with the index of Individuals.

Yes there is a bug but not the one you describe. This Config Param refers to the Alphabetical Surname Index in the bottom right popup frame e.g.

In fact this is always initially hidden and revealed by clicking the 'View complete A-Z surname index' link. The Config Param is therefore redundant.

The Name Index to which you refer cannot be hidden at the start at present. I have however introduced a close button for this index frame in the release candidate for GenoPro 2.0.1.7
