Dear sir,
I generate a new report and upload to your server twice a year.
But today I got the following error message:
Publishing report to http://familytrees.genopro.com//Özak/
Connecting to server familytrees.genopro.com...
Unable to connect to server! (errCode=12111)
Check your Internet connection and verify you authorization to upload files to server.
Would you please advise,

The error code 12111 is named ERROR_FTP_DROPPED: The FTP operation was not completed because the session was aborted.Can you try publishing to another directory? The name Özak could be causing difficulties because of the double-dots over the letter O.
