When I try to run the report in GenoPro I get the following error message. I am new to this, and don't know if it indicates something simple or complex. Can anyone guide me as to how to correct this error? Thanks for any assistance.

Opening configuration file Config.xml for skin '\Customized English Narrative Report\* (English Narrative Report)'...

Loading Dictionary.xml...

[0.00] Processing template 'init.htm'...

Error at line 36, position 1 (init.htm): ActiveX component can't create object: 'Scripting.FileSystemObject'

Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800A01AD

Thanks, I searched for the error code which does not seem to generate a match. Then went to updates and found I have the most recent version of GenoPro. Any further suggestions on this topic?

When I used the Search from the menu, between Home and Members, I got three hits. The second was Can't find script engine VBScript
If you put the number into Google you get to the Microsoft help at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/194801 which gives similar advice.
