I'm using a slightly modified version of English Narrative Report v2.0.1.7RC9c, and the SVG output does not show the horizontal line for Identical Twins. This has been mentioned at least once before, in 2006 http://support.genopro.com/FindPost12419.aspx, I didn't see any followup. I have a solution for the twin link issue that I will release when I have completed a few other fixes I am working on.
