Using Firefox 3.5.3 the download of Narrative 2.0.1.6 (rev.2009.10.01).zip arrives as 'Narrative_2.0.1.6'. No extension, so have to rename

I'll now use underscores instead of spaces which will hopefully keep Firefox happy.
