Could not find details of occupation in the dictionary. Is this on purpose or just to be included at a later stage?

I think that GenoProSupport wrote some where that this is a draft version, and that he will hire someone to do the actual reports.
However you can add the details of occupation in the dictionary yourself, just make sure it is not on the default folder, so it wont be overridden by GenoPro next versions.

You mean the enumeration for the industries. I probably forgot. From the Tag Definitions dialog (Menu -> Tools -> Tag Definitions), double-click on the enumeration and paste its content to Dictionary.xml. You can then translate this enumeration. I just added the enumerations "Work Type" and "Industry Sector" to the dictionary of the skin I am currently working.
